Charlotte brings a mix of experience in insurance, economics and data integrity. Charlotte has knowledge in economics, finance, mathematics, and insurance. Charlotte now works with transportation development districts (TDD), community improvement districts (CID), and neighborhood improvement districts (NID), overseeing the administration and compliance efforts for the special districts administered by Development Dynamics LLC. Charlotte’s analytical and organization skills will be used to facilitate seamless administration efforts for D2 clients.
