The Southdale Center Community Improvement District (the “District”) was established to promote the redevelopment of a shopping center (renamed Lebanon Marketplace) by inducing new development in an area that has been lacking in growth and development, improving business development opportunities, and enhancing property values through the reduction and elimination of blight conditions and the coordination of project infrastructure improvements to benefit businesses within the District.
